Amy

Let me be REAL—I hate cooking…

and figuring out what to make for dinner. That’s right, I’m hardcore about eating healthy, whole foods but the kitchen isn’t my favorite place.

I’ve had to learn over the years how to manage overwhelm and stress in my own life as our household lives with several autoimmune conditions requiring special diets and extended family have battled serious health conditions such as cancer and Alzheimer’s. I’m the first to admit, it’s not easy to figure out what to do and implement it.

What’s worse is that I take on a lot, so my time is thin, my sleep time is non-negotiable, and I value alone time. Can you relate?

So, how do I reconcile these opposing forces?

I’ve found shortcuts and hacks that don’t oppose my values.

I’ve become more consciously aware of what is important to me, and I protect it fiercely.

I’ve found and created tools to help me when all else fails.

And I’ve integrated all of this into my work with my clients.

At Health Groundwork...

My purpose is to help my clients create a more solid foundation…the roots that stabilize you and your health so that you can manage whatever comes at you.

Each client’s roots are different…some may already be deep and strong and just need a little watering, while others may need to be planted and grown. I work with each client to assess their foundation and strategize about what area(s) to focus on.
