I work with you to evaluate the areas of your well-being that are most important to you right now, focus on establishing a solid base (your roots) so you feel confident developing these areas, provide wellness tools (your branches) to make change and develop a road map to follow when you have setbacks (life happens, and we can be ready!).

BALANCE & SHINE

12 Week Program

Three-month program, customized to your needs using the Health Groundwork model of building strength from the ground up using good nutrition, daily movement, stress management, solid sleep, clean environment and healthy relationships as the branches. Together we assess and evaluate where to place primary focus, and work on implementing tools and strategies to feel better physically and emotionally. You will get 8 one-hour calls including the intake and post-assessment, plus direct messaging support along the way.

This program is for Busy Women:

  • trying to find the time to change the health and nutrition habits of themselves and their families;
  • confronted with a chronic health condition of a child or themselves and are unsure where to start making changes in food and lifestyle;
  • feeling fatigued or bloated, getting skin issues or headaches, being stressed and overwhelmed or having other unwanted symptoms that can’t seem to be managed;
  • needing to create a new foundation of wellness for themselves as they found they no longer have the energy to manage “life”.

SEASONAL RESET (CLEANSE)

5-Day Nutrition Reset

Fully supported 5-day nutrition reset, where you eat nutrient dense, whole foods while eliminating common inflammatory foods. You will be provided with a complete Meal Plan, Shopping List, Pre- and Post-Reset Calls to prepare you to start and end the program, plus daily support and guidance along the way.
