As a mom of two active teens myself, I understand how difficult it is to make-it-all happen and still fit in all the things I’m “supposed” to do. When my daughter was diagnosed with Celiac Disease as a pre-teen, it stopped me in my tracks…and I was a nutritionist and already ate gluten-free, but I shut down! I cried (more than once). But I knew that I couldn’t figure out how to support her if I wasn’t feeling my best. If I was overwhelmed, I knew others were too!

I know what it feels like when a family member is hurting, and you feel helpless and confused.

I now make it my focus to help busy moms reduce the overwhelm and confusion of managing their family's wellness and stay healthy themselves, especially when there are unwanted symptoms, or a health condition involved by focusing on:

✅ simplifying whole foods meal planning,

✅ guiding families with special diets & restrictions,

✅ providing tools for those times of overwhelm, and

✅ helping women incorporate strategies that include joyful relationships, activity, and purpose

This program helped me regain my health. I no longer “suffer in silence.” Instead, I make healthy choices and am living my best life.
